Founder and Creator of FRMATION, fitness brand based in Los Angeles, CA.

Justine Kennedy is the founder and creator of FRMATION, which she describes as a Los Angeles, CA fitness brand but it is much more than that. It has grown into a health and wellness community that focuses on both the body and mind.

Exercise and Mental health are directly connected. When we exercise, it directly affects and benefits the brain. Finding an exercise program that benefits both without negatively impacting the body over time, is key in being successful on your journey to better health. For some though, exercise isn’t viewed as self-care or therapy but more of a “time commitment” and activity that makes us sweat or pushes us outside of our comfort zone. But what if we told you rebounding could help solve your workout woes? Jumping on a fitness trampoline for exercise can be quick with a high energy and low joint impact; meaning you can squeeze in a 15 minute bounce session with headphones and 3-4 of your favorite tunes or follow along with a premiere partner on JumpSport Fitness TV for 45 minutes - and still do your body and mind some good!

“One great way that you can get your daily physical activity in is utilizing a rebounder, which is a mini-trampoline that has a wide range of benefits.” - Justine Kennedy

At FRMATION, the signature class features the JumpSport Fitness trampoline which focuses on cardio and muscle sculpting. Justine recommends the JumpSport fitness trampoline to aid in mobility and balance and also notes that it is low impacting on the joints. This is especially important when starting a new workout routine particularly if you’re doing it for weight loss or have a pre-existing injury. Rebounding on a JumpSport is comfortable and challenging at the same time. Finding an exercise that you can commit to and enjoy over and over will be the key to your success and forming healthy habits.

“Get up, get outside, move your body, and most of all, have fun!”
